2. Why did you choose to join LTP?
I joined because I want to develop and discover myself. I want to be a person of
influence, something that will help others to be successful.
3. What can you advice to those people who wants to join LTP.?
Be strong. Because joining ltp will bring you happiness as well as problems because
people do not like what are you achieving right now.
4. What can you say about The Trainor
He is passionate in training us, dedicated to make us a better student, and believes in
you.

Remarks:
He is friendly and very easy to approach. I think he is fearless because he knows
his abilities and hes not afraid to use it.

1. What is your myopia?
My marketing myopia is amazon. Because I want to be a leader in my own way that at the
same time portray a warrior woman. I want to influence other people to be the leader who has
dedication, perseverance, sense of humor and charm and someone who has he fighting spirit to
overcome things and situation that might see difficult as well as touching.
2. What can you say about The Trainor
Professor Roman is a kind of trainer who will not give up on you in an instant. Hes really
dedicated and concern to improve someone even if others might seen that you have no potential
to be a leader, hes someone who will always believe in your strengths rather than seeing only
you weaknesses. Hes a motivator and a friend also.
3. How can you convince a student to join LTP
To convince my fellow student to join ltp, I will show them that Im improving and Im
changing. Ofcourse, part of training how to be a good leader means being a good influencer too.
I will show to people that Im happy with what Im doing to motivate them that ltp is an
investment in preparation for entering the corporate world.

1. What is your myopia?

My myopia is the seeker why? Because as person being adaptive to environment, not all
the time you will be in good condition, at some point you face problems or circumstances,
which requires you to find solutions to solve whatever it is. Simple, I seek solutions or ways
on how.
2. Why did you choose to join LTP?
I chose to join ltp because I do really like the environment there, and I wanted to have
experiences, that will teach me on some matters.
3. What can you say about The Trainor?
Sir Roman will really train you, he will make you believe in yourself more, and he always
radiates positive energy.

1. What is your myopia?

The Powerful. I am a young independent lady who is powerful of doing what I want and
becoming who I want to be. I know in myself that I can be whatever I want because life is a
matter of choice and a choice us a thing not to be waited for but a thing to be achieved.
2. Why did you choose to join LTP?
I joined LTP because LTP is a program that aims in developing the leadership within
individuals and help them in attaining their goals by conquering their fears. I want to
empower myself in becoming the person that I really want to be and I know it wont be easy
to reach that goal without the help of anyone around me who will criticize me and who will
contradict my opinions.
3. What are the advantages of being a LTP member
The advantages of being a trainee under LTP is that youll be able to learn those things that
you cant learn inside the four corners of the classroom and you will also have a chance to
associate yourself with other well respected personalities in different industries.

At first I think she is snob, but I think she is just busy thats why she cant answer immediately.

1. What is your myopia?

Noble, when we say noble it is like you showing or having a high class
appearance/wealth/title. But my explanation here is. I want to make new meaning to this. Pag
sinabi nating noble I want to have/show impressive ideas/thoughts.
2. Why did you choose to join LTP?
I want to improve something more than myself.
3. What can you say about The Trainor?
Hes a great trainor for me. Class/field/real life situation all of that. Marami syang na
contribute na learnings sa akin. Even personal matters.
4. What significant learning did you learn on LTP that you can share to others
Respect your trainor, trust the process. Sacrifice time and schedule.

My myopia is Visionary, because I am a forward thinker.
2. How did LTP help you in terms of being a student?
It helped me to understand more the value of leadership in the organization I am into.
3. What can you say about The Trainor?
Well I can only say that Mr. Buyson have helped me regain my confidence and has helped
me how to attract positivity in every work I do.
4. What are the advantages of being a LTP member?
To be part of this leadership training program is already a privilege for me, I believe also that
all the learnings that are not being taught inside the class is a plus.

2. How did LTP help you in terms of being a student?
Ive gained confidence. At first I was just like this little girl waiting for someone to approach
me, a girl who is not into expressing herself to others. I am afraid, afraid of doing a work all
by myself, I cant decide ng ako lang but as the time goes by, and I gained confidence that
helps me to blend with other students,
3. What can you advice to those people who wants to join LTP.?
Just be flexible. Know your strengths and be happy of what you are doing. Just think of the
brighter side of life and dont stress too much.
4. What are the advantages of being a LTP member
Advantages of being a trainee in LTP, I think is by gaining a lot of confidence and have a one
step ahead to experience an actual workplace inside the university. Also able to have greater
or wider connections, closer to the professionals outside the school.

1. What is your myopia?
Independent Why? Because being independent is the word that I have chosen because,
theres a lot of things that Ive missed I want to be as independent as I want to be
because, being professionalism is minding your own business.
2. Why did you choose to join LTP?
This program will develop your mindset specially your negative mindset will change into
positive thats why I joined because I want to show all those things that I think I cant do
but, I want to prove that I can do. I just want a new and better me. develop and discover
myself.
3. What significant learning did you learn in LTP and how can you share it to others?
Ive gained my confidence. Be able to have greater and wider connections to the

Explorer. This word really suit me because I want to explore new things and knowledge that
I didnt learn inside the classroom. I want to discover things that is new to my surroundings
and to experience the unbelievable.

I joined LTP because I know that I have a lot of things that I need to learn not just the things
inside the school but also outside the school.

I improved my social and communication skills.

2. Why did you choose to join LTP?
Ive joined LTP because I want improvements and to increase my confidence to be able to
engage with the professional people outside the school. Also, I just want a new and better me.

For me, the best part of being an LTP trainee is by gaining a lot of confidence and have a one
step ahead to experience an actual workplace inside the University. Also, to have greater or
wider connections. Closer to the professionals outside the school and to keep in touch with them
for future references.
