CLIENT GUIDELINES:
* Plus 10% equipment usage fee & 12% VAT
* Additional charge of P 6,500.00 if guest less than 150 persons; P 15,000.00 if less than 100 persons
* No ribbons for the Acrylic Chairs
* Red Carpet is not allowed
* Outside Sound System is not allowed
* Photo booth must be placed inside the garden
* Free valet service good for 5 cars, in excess plus 50.00/car
* Free sound system and lights for 4 hours, in excess plus 500/hour
* If the venue is going to use as wedding ceremony and reception, additional fee of P8,000.00 for the
(1) hour ceremony with Sound system. 4 hours service of waiters will start after the ceremony. Hence, overtime
fee will apply.
* Queensland catering will be advised of any changes a week prior the event
* Full payment must be settled a week prior the event
* Prices are subject to change without prior notice
* The following are prohibited in decorating: nails, screws, tacks, staples and double sided tapes and the like. A
