ESS PASSWORD RESETTING

Click Having problem with you account?

Then tick the radio button I forgot my password and I would like to request for a new
password.

Then click Next

After clicking Next, you will be re directed on the next page which will require the employee
code of the employee. Kindly fill in the correct AMI code then click Next.
 You will then be redirected on the next page. Then choose between By answering my secret
questions. (These is a much easier way of resetting the password since you just need to answer
your secret questions eg. What is you favorite moive? or What school did you attend for sixth
grade?) or By sending a verification code to: (Employees email add. Based on what is encoded
on the system).
 If you choose By answering my secret questions you will be redirected on this page. Pls. see
below. Pls. fill up when you provided the correct answers you will be redirected on the
password resetting page. See 2nd image below. You may now change your password. (Note: you
cannot use your old password)

If you choose By sending a verification code to: (Employees email add. Based on what is
encoded on the system). You will be redirected on the next page. See 1st image. Then click
Next, you will then redirected on the next page. See 2nd Image. Open your email then look for
jeonsofts email. Then enter the verification code. Then click Next. See 3rd and 4th Image. After
inserting the correct verification code you will be redirected on the password resetting page.
You may now change your password.( Note: you cannot use your old password).See 5th Image.
