Dear Students,

Hope that you are all well. We hope that you have well received your Email ID and password from your
class teachers in Edupage.

One thing to remember is the password given is for one-time use only. Thus, once you log into your
account, please change the password in your own terms.

The Email IDs are typically as follows: It starts with your IHSB number, then a dot (.) and then your first
name as given in Edupage. As the email domain is licensed for school for 2 years, thus we are still using
our old domain, ithsbd.net.

Thus, let us see how the email addresses are arranged. For example, if my IHSB number is 1234 and my
name is Shamsil Arifeen, then my email ID would be:

1234.shamsil@ithsbd.net

(Please note, if your name starts with ‘MD’, then ‘MD’ is

considered as your first name for email address

Now let us look at the following steps:

Step 1: Type the following URL in your google chrome browser (or any other browser of your choice)
www.office.com
You will now see a webpage as shown in the image below. Please click on the ‘sign in’ tab either at the
top right corner or at the middle of the webpage.
Step 2: Once you click the sign in tab, this screen will appear where you need to write your ithsbd.net
email and password that you have recently received from your class teacher.

First, enter your email ID in the field, indicated on the image below:

Now, enter the password provided to you in the field shown below
Step 3: Once you have logged in successfully, you will see the following dashboard. Now click on the
application ‘Microsoft Teams’ indicated on the image below:

Step 4: After you click on the Microsoft Team Icon, the following screen will appear. Only exception is,
on your screens, you will see the names of subjects on which you will be having the online classes. Just
click on the group icon and after joining in the meeting you can enjoy the online classes.

One thing to note is, you can only join the class at the time your class is supposed to be held according
to your online class routine.

For any queries regarding your email ID, contact your class teacher. For any concern, regarding the
online class, please contact your subject teacher.
