5kg and length 1m is hanging from its end which is


hinged.The rod is oscillating in vertical plane with an angular amplitude of root 40/3 . While it is
passing through the lowest point, a small magnet of m =0.5 kg attached to lowest point of end.
The rod continues to oscillate but with lesser amplitude. Find new amplitude in degrees.
