about the topic. While the reporter explain about the topic that he/she have, her teacher

has also have a concrete explanation to understand much better of his/her student. The

way of teaching of the reporter has good and explain better. The behavior of the

student, they are all listening, not too noisy and calm. They are participating while the

reporter discuss their topic. The teacher ask a question to the report and the reporter

DOCUMENTATION
REFLECTION

Time for us to take Prof. Ed, in our first semester midterm we had the Field Study

2. Deals with observing a whole class, students different characteristics, skills, way of

and field study 2 in Southern Luzon State University (Lucena Campus) as an observant

and re-service teacher changed into something worthy of holding on to our chosen carer

that is being a teacher someday. It was privilege to conduct again observation in

Southern Luzon State University (Lucena Campus) located at Ibabang Dupay Lucena

City. I sees how my resource teachers, Maam Vivian Mendoza and Dr. Nona D.

Nagares act and teach accordingly to what degree they are being. I was so amazed and

it will be my gratitude if I will able to climbed up the mountain that they pursue. I had a

lot experiences and learning about instructional material that applied during the class

discussion and the students work and behaviour. The daily procedures and routine

were done as schedule. I as an observer or keep a running record of everything that

happens during the instructional period to get overview of the lesson. The lesson was

organized in a manner that the objectives were presented to be perceived by the

students.

Like the first Field Study the materials, methods, procedures and activities

of the syllabus was successfully executed. As my observation goes by I also observed

different kind of teaching methods and strategies that applied by the teacher and what

they are used while teaching. Ive notice that it should be appropriate in terms of ages,

moods, subject matter and instructional materials.

Finally, this second time to take Field Study 2 it is considered to be an

enriching experiences in developing my creativity and I believed that an effective

teacher must know how to handle situation like this and how they are going to filled up

the gaps without stepping their students life and utilizing the appropriate strategies,

methods, and the instructional materials to facilitate learning was a wonderful

experiences not just to be kept as a memory to be remembered but it should be kept in

the hearth for further application in the future.

TEACHERS PHILOSOPHY

I am a future teacher educator someday. I want to change the world.

While I realize what I hope to accomplish is limited, I know education is where I can

have the greatest impact. I want my students to understand that the professional world

they will inhabit, the school, is not immutable. As future teachers they can make a

difference and their classrooms can be healthy, supportive environments in which their

own students can grow and learn. Thus, my students need opportunities to collaborate

with each other, as well as with me, to learn and gain expertise about the act of

teaching. To be effective teachers, my students must have the opportunity to take

responsibility for becoming life-long learners. This means sharing with others what they

learn about teaching and realizing all the things that they have not yet discovered. I

want my students to become empowered by their own learning and development as

teachers. I create situations where students can take charge for what they learn and

how it applies in their classrooms. Finally, I want students to realize that they don't teach

subjects but rather people. My goal is to teach the whole person, the cognitive,

affective, and behavioural dimensions of the human being. An effective teacher is like

the wizard who must help each individual appreciate the potential that resides within all

of us the potential to make the best use of our minds, our hearts, and those behaviors

that can make the world a better place. It is impossible for me to be all things to all

students. It is healthy for my students to see that I don't have all the answers and that I

must deal with contradictions about teaching and life just as they will. To embrace these

contradictions and gaps in knowledge creates the opportunity for new understandings
and ways of looking at the world. Technology is an important part of my work because

as an instructional tool it brings up contradictions for teachers regarding their

conceptions of what it means to teach and learn in the Information.
