Letter of Recommendation

I have had the pleasure of working with Carrie when she became a trainer and office coordinator
when I was the Technical Education and Outreach department coordinator at Ferris State
University. I am pleased to recommend Carrie, as I feel she would be a high performer for any
organization.

Carrie worked for my department primarily as a as customer service skills trainer. She also
excelled at office organization and administration. I remember her mentoring the other trainers
and teaching them to take the initiative to work more independently. She has a strong work ethic
with the ability to take initiative. One of her biggest strengths is her organizational skills. Carrie
exhibits passion in all she does and I know she would be a great addition to any organization.

As a highly valued team member, Carrie was responsible for becoming the expert customer
service skills trainer for our department. She was responsible for developing training and
materials, implementing training, and utilizing feedback to make improvements. Carrie
scheduled tasks based on priority in order to achieve her goals. She is intentional with how she
spends her time so she is able to achieve desired results.

I enthusiastically support Carries efforts to seek new opportunities, advance her career, and take
