!nvitation for submission of Proiect Proposals under DDU-CKY

Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission (TRLM) invites proposals under Deen Dayal
Upadhyaya - Crameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-CKY) from the Project lmplementing
Agencies (PlA) having Permanent Registration Number (PRN) obtained from the
Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) for placement linked skill development
training under DDU-CKY for a total target of 10,303 candidates in the State of Tripura.
lnterested PlAs may submit their proposal online at www.ruralskills.in. While
preparing the proposal, revised CNN (Cost Norm Notification) is to be taken into
account as per MoRD Notification No. 25/2016, dated 4th May 2016. Break up of the
number of candidates for courses of duration of 3 months and 6 months or more is
given below;

1.3months- 6425
2. 6.months or more - 3BZB
Total - 10,303

The PIA will have to pay a non-refundable application fee for an amount of {
25,000, through NEFT/ RTGS to the bank A/C of NABARD Consultancy Services Pvt.
Ltd. given below:

Proposals should be submitted on online portal within 5:00 PM of 15th

December, 2017. Application received after the scheduled date and time shall not be
considered. lncomplete proposal shall be summarily rejected. Subsequent to the
online submission, soft copy (in PDF format) should be emailed to
pm.sp.trlm@gmail.com within 2 (Two) day of submission of the proposal online. Hard
copy of the proposal should be sent along with a complete set of supporting

documents in secured envelope addressed to The

Capital Complex, Agartala, Pin- 799 010. The envelope

should be superscribed with
