2- Description of non-conformity

When we inspect generator code (261)found that

1- Water inside radiator is not clean.
2- oil drain valve is leaking.
3- Air filters is dirty ( we borrow filters from other engine to can
perform the test).
4- Circut breaker trip many times at many load it reads about
"3000A and its real value 1400 A" we borrow breaker panel from
engine 320 to can perform the test.
5- Side electrical box close to marsh need to fix in place properly.
6- AVR box cover need to fix inplace.
7- Prefuel filters is dirty.
8- Guages at the side module need to fix inplace properly.
9- Exhaust tempreture guages on the side panel not working.
10-Fire extinguisher not exsist on the side rack of the container.
11-Water reading value on the comap screen is lower than the real
one by about 10 deg.
12-Oil leak near the actuator.
13-scratches in some spots of the container body.
14-the equipment fixed to the skid with just 2 bolts.
