Operationally coordinate the transport and customs clearance department

Planning and monitoring the inbound, outbound transport and customs services
Supervising, coordinating, performing (as appropriate) import of raw materials, equipment, tools,
spare parts, consumables and export of the finish goods
Prepare, maintain and update monthly reports.
Transport Management
Monitor and coordinate land / maritime / air transport for regular shipments;
Actively manage all aspects of fast dispatch process (couriers);
Organizing land / maritime / air pick-up for emergency shipments;
Collect basic data and prepare the monthly report;
Provide expertize in his area for new projects, during RFQ;
Invoicing
Supervising the preparation and sending of all finish goods invoices to the CSC / customer.
Supervising invoicing process for non-inventory goods and sending to the customers
Supervising the preparation of the complete document set used for intercom. deliveries – inbound
and outbound - (invoice, delivery note, transport document, customs declaration) as well back-up
documents.
Customs clearance
Represent the company in relation with the customs authority;
Supervising of import, export and transit operations, in respect of all the legal requirements in
relation with the customs authority;
Collect basic data and prepare the monthly INTRASTAT report;
Suppliers performance
Analyze and asses the performance of suppliers (transport, customs clearance, warehousing).
Collect basic data and prepare the monthly report;

Profil:
University degree
Minim 5 years in automotive logistics;
Strong knowledge of customs procedures and international commerce;
Minim 3 years hands-on experience in transport coordination (road/ocean/air/multimodal);
Auto-motivated person, proactive, high problem solving skills, “out-of-the-box” way of thinking;
Leadership experience, strong team player;
Good knowledge of MS Office, NCTS and SAP SD module;
