Fall of person  Area should be barricade and restrict manual movement.

 Use job specific PPEs while hot work at height.

Fire and explosion  Use Full body harness with double lanyard (Use shock
absorber if required).
 Anchoring point must be available in cherry picker
Defective Tools
 Before starting the work check welding,cutting machines ,
Hot Work at height using MEWP Electrical cables without joints and other equipments are
in good working condition.
Burns
 Fire Extinguisher Shall must be available on work place.

 Check welding Machine condition and ensure it

Electric Shock
RCCB/ELCB good working condition with 30 mA .

 All power tools and equipments shall must be inspected

and tested.

 Remove all the combustible/inflammable material from

working area.

 Make sure cutting set regulators is in good working

condition and flash back arrester both side tight by
clamp.

 Use full leather sleeves and apron.
