VRM software is a Bangalore based software company. It founded by Krishnamurthy and 4
other professionals in the year 2000.The company has a head count of 120 people operating
out of 2 places in Bangalore.

The two main focus areas of the organisation are:


 A CRM/SFE product for the Parma Industry. They have 12-15 customers for this suit
of solutions, in India and some APAC countries.
 Banking solutions services and they are a partner with Oracle for Flexcube.
 They are also involved in software publishing, consultancy and supply software
publishing which includes production supply and documentation of ready-made
software, operating software and other application software only in the field of
Medicine and Financial services.

Chief Executive Officer: Nagasubramanian Krishnamurthy.

The various departments in the organisation are:


 Finance, IT, Marketing, Sales, Admin and Purchases which is headed by the CEO
himself.
 HR manager of the organisation is Priya Anand.

Office Address: No.8, 1st Phase, 2nd cross, 2nd stage, High tension line park road, Chandra
Layout, Bangalore 560040.

Office timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.


Nature of the work carried in the Office: Since this office is the headquarters of the
company almost all the activities are carried out and it also has the office of the top officials
in the organisation.

Basic Educational Qualification: MBA (Public Relations).

Career detalis: Has 4 years of working experience in recruitment agencies as HR


professional.

HR team structure:

Reporting in the company:


Since the organisation size is very small there is not much of hierarchy in the organisation
and therefore the lower level employee can directly report to the HR manager.

Recruitment procedure in the company:

 Candidates generally with MSC, BCA, M tech degrees, MBA are hired.
 The company uses both external and internal sources for recruiting candidates and
also dose contract hiring.
