**THIS WEEK**Fri, 2/2 - 2018 Senior Yearbook Page Information -
2018 Senior Page Information
1/2 Page…$175
Full Page…$250
The absolute DEADLINE for purchasing a senior page is February 2, 2018.
All pages will have a white background and will coordinate with this year’s theme.
Please specify which picture should be used as the dominant photo. Be sure to bring a
variety of both portrait and landscape pictures. Our staff will create the page for you,
but you will have the opportunity to proof it before it is submitted for approval.
For full page, bring between 20-30 quality pictures or 10-15 pictures for a half page.
DO NOT CUT OUT PHOTOS AND SUBMIT THEM IN COLLAGE FORMAT! We
will not use collages.
DO NOT SUBMIT PICTURES IN A WORD DOCUMENT or in PDF format!
You can submit a disk of pictures or bring them to us on a USB drive; make sure all
pictures are saved as jpeg, tiff or png.
NO SCREEN SHOTS of pictures will be allowed as they are too poor in quality.
Pictures taken off Facebook are too small and will print grainy!
We can scan and crop pictures. We cannot restore grainy photos.
All pages will be submitted for approval before being shipped to the plant. Original
pictures will be returned to the owner once we receive an okay on proofs.
Pages are reserved when pictures are turned in AND a down payment is made!
$20 will reserve a page. Pages must be paid in full by the end of April. Failure
to pay will put you on the debt list, and you will not walk at graduation until the
debt is cleared.
Remember that buying an ad DOES NOT mean that you get a free yearbook! Be
sure to reserve your yearbook with a $20 deposit when you reserve your ad!
Seniors are responsible for taking home the page for parents to proof. We will not be
held accountable for errors on a page that has been signed off on by the senior!
Avoid embarrassing photos, photos with nudity, and photos with skimpy bathing suits
/inappropriate clothing to suggest nudity/risqué scenes! They will NOT be published!
Dr. Hughes and the yearbook staff reserve the right to exclude or to Photoshop
pictures which contain questionable content. We look forward to working with you on
this special project.
Sincerely,
Dr. Renee Hughes
