We prepared everything for the game that we needed to make it successful. We got the word out as soon as possible
and to as many people as possible. We made sure to hand out flyers to a lot of teachers and asked that they

announce it to their classes. We had to make some new arangments because some of events that occured. We made
sure all the boys understood the rules of the game and made sure to answer all the questions they had for us. We
finally had the game. It was a huge success. We raised $500 for our program. We are giving it to the United Methodist
Church because they are the ones that collect the money for the program.

2. What problems have you encountered so far? How have you adhered to your original timeline?

The time constraint. We have a very limited time to get everything done since we can't do it during our lacrosse season
 in the spring.

3. Were you able to solve them? If not, why not? What adjustments have you made to your original timeline?
We were able to solve all the problems. We had to plan a little faster then we would have liked. We had to quickly get

the word out about our project and had to quickly tell the coaches and teammates our plans. We just had to rush
  everything.

4. What are your feelings or thoughts about the project at this time?
I feel like we can definately get it done well and on time. Time management is the biggest responsibility. It is getting

stressful to make sure we have enought players. It's also getting more stressful because we have to make sure we will
 both hit our 20 hours.

5. Have you had any successes, or have you learned something new?
I have learned a lot about teamwork, compromising, and how important communication is. You can't just make all of the
decisions based off of what will work best for you. From the date the fundraiser is held to the food we will sell, it is
critical to compromise and communicate. You have to work as a team to make sure everything is done quickly and
proficiantly.
