Front

 Issue with water jet cutter : Don’t use splines while designing. Use combination of ellipses and
circles
 Mounting points integration with wheel hub.

Rear

Brake Bar Assembly

 Front :
o RTR Callipers : Mountings need to be changed from default ones. Changed as per knuckle
requirements.
 Rear
o Integration with frame : Issues with accuracy as lateral shifting can shift caliper and can
cause disk bending.
o Suggestion : Try to integrate with gear box : Related issues : Welding with Aluminium
(Gearbox), strength to bear loads and cost involved increasing the billet size.
o Bleeding point to be in top side. Angle of caliper to be between +45o to -45o.
