4. CHALLENGES

Transportation of filling and generally working materials from long distance to the site and
recent Post Election civil disturbance in The State and surrounding reduce work progress at
crucial time.

5. CONCLUSIONS
Both work progress and quality of work are considered satisfactory. Payment to the contractor is
recommended.
