Assignment Title:

NON-FORMAL EDUCATION PROGRAMME PARTNERSHIP MONITORING AND COORDINATION IN TURKEY

Purpose of the Assignment:

UNICEF seeks a qualified international or national consultant to provide technical support in the design,
implementation, monitoring and reporting of non-formal education programmes for Syrian OOSC and adolescents.
Under the close supervision of the Education Specialist based in Ankara, the international or national consultant is
expected to engage with relevant governmental and non-governmental stakeholders in developing programme plans,
executing the planned and agreed activities, and closely monitoring programme processes and results throughout
Turkey.
*It is expected from national consultant candidates to submit their financial proposal in TL and from international
consultant candidates to submit their financial proposal in USD.

All fee rates must cover:
- the remuneration actually paid to the experts concerned per person/ day
- administrative costs of employing the relevant experts, such as relocation and repatriation expenses
- expatriation allowances, leave, medical insurance and other employment benefits
accorded to the experts by the Consultant
- the margin, covering the Consultant's overheads, profit and backstopping facilities
- Note that the input of experts must be given in full working days
