Biak-na-Bato Street, Intramuros, Manila, have named, constituted, and
appointed ANDRES RIZAL, to be my true and lawful attorneys, for me and
in my name, place, and stead, to do and perform the following acts and
deed:

To appear for and in my behalf in the preliminary

conference/pre-trial, Judicial Dispute Resolution (JDR),
mediation and other proceedings in the case entitled Jose
Bonifacio vs. Gregorio Luna, Civil Case No. 123456 pending
before the Regional Trial Court of Manila, Branch 555, with all
the powers of a representative under Section 4, Rule 18 of the
Rules of Court (i.e., to enter into amicable settlements, to
submit to alternative modes of dispute resolution, to enter into
stipulations or admissions of facts/documents).

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power

and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever
requisite, and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to
all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present, and
