General
1. This Poster Making contest is open to all BSA-MA-AT and ABM Students officially
enrolled in Saint Paul University Dumaguete for the Academic year 2017-2018 and only
one representative shall be chosen from each team.
2. Selected representatives from each team must submit a pre-registration form on or
beforeFebruary 5, 2018.
3. The Poster should be a visualization of this year’s JPIA Week Celebration theme
“Paulinian JPIANs: Determined to experience and go beyond knowledge.”
4. Use ½ Illustration Board
5. All other needed materials must be provided by the participants during the contest day
and are free to decide whichever medium they may wish to use. (e.g. craypas, water
color, crayon, pentel pen, etc.)
6. The entry should be an original work and any form of plagiarism or stealing of ideas may
be subjected to further investigation and possible deduction of points after reaching a
final verdict.
7. All entries and participants will be pre-numbered by the assigned coordinator after the
completion of the art. No other identifying marks will be allowed to appear in the
artworks.
8. All entries will become property of JPIA, St Paul University Dumaguete Chapter and will
be displayed to the public after completion.
9. All artworks must be done on the spot and must be completed within the allotted time of
two (2) hours.
10. Issues arising from unforeseen circumstances will be deliberated by the organization
heads before the presentation of results and the best course of action shall be followed
and ruled irrevocable.
*Winners agree to the disclosure and publication of their names and other particulars, to
participate in any photo, publicity or other media arrangements made by the organizers and to
announce winners to the general public as the organization deem appropriate.
