wire fencing in SM & AR Farm, Samalkota, E.G. Dist. – Detailed Estimate –

The Joint Director of Agriculture, Kakinada in his letter addressed to
Executive Engineer, (R&B) Division, Kakinada vide reference 1st cited above has
stated that as per the District Collector's Note orders vide reference 2nd cited above
certain works which are mentioned in the above District Collectors note orders are
approved by District Collector for Strengthening of SM & AR Farm, Samalkota.
Joint Director of Agriculture, Kakinada also mentioned that as per the note orders
of District Collector, R&B Department has been approved for taking up the
works. JDA, Kakinada further requested to prepare estimates for execution of
works soon after receiving administrative sanction from District Collector as the
amount of Rs 71.008 Lakhs has already been released to PD account of JDA,
Kakinada where in 1. Barbed wire fencing with cement poles on 3 sides – Rs
20.00 Lakhs 2. Boundary wall on one side - Rs 20.00 Lakhs.
As per the instructions of Executive Engineer (R&B) Division,
Kakinada a Joint field inspection has been done to take measurements. In view
of urgency and inorder to avoid trespassers in the farm an estimate for
Construction of Compound wall and Barbed Wire fencing around all boundaries
of SM & AR Farm, Samalkota for an amount of Rs 40.00 Lakhs with revised
2017-18 SSR is prepared. The provisions made in the estimate are clearly
explained in the specification report accompanying the estimate.
Therefore I am here with submit the detailed estimate of
“Construction of Compound wall and Barbed wire fencing in SM & AR Farm,
Samalkota, E.G. Dist.” for an amount Rs.40,00,000/- for obtaining necessary
administrative sanction. Further it is submitted that the Executive
Engineer(R&B), Kakinada may be asked the user department i.e., JDA,
Kakinada to deposit 75% of the estimated amount to the executing agency
before grounding the work. This is submitted for favour of information and
taking further necessary action.
