Abstract:s

The project focuses on avoiding the congested collection of waste generated domestically which
creates difficulty to manage its disposal. All cities, regardless their size, their geographical
location or their economic level will bas focused to be made smart in this project.

The proposed methodology of the project implemented previous is shown below:

In the above project the smart bin is fabricated with ultrasonic sensors to monitor the state of the
dustbins. In addition and android application is developed for realtime monitoring of garbage
level in the dustbin.s

However there are lot of drawbacks with the current system which need to be handled and thus
requires the system to be made more adaptable to practical applications. In out project we focus
on developing a system which can handle all the drawbacks of the previous system as well as
add additional features which make our project a practical solution to waste management
systems which can be implemented on actual scale.
The developed system consists of a smart dustbin which will continuously monitor the state of
public dustbins and send it to the server. The web application and android application is
developed for this IOT framework which will display the realtime status of the dustbins and
notify it to the respective authorities when the dustbin is full. In addition to web application an
android application is also developed which will show the real time garbage status of public
dustbins.s
