A Presentation Of PT Khansa Property’s Organization Structure

Good Morning, Ladies and Gentlemen.

Thank you very much for the chance given to me to present KHANSA PROPERTY
Company structure. To make the time efficient, let’s look at the Structure of Organization. In the
company, it has 3 positions. They are Top Position, Middle Position and the Bottom Position.

The Top Position is the President Director, hold by Miss. Nurul Anggrainy S. The president
director’s duty is putting the right man in the right place. Her responsibilities are directing all
department managers to be a good team-work and achieve the organization purpose. She is assist by
4 manger departments. Well, that is about the President Director.

The Middle Position are Managers. They are Human Resources & Development Department,
Operation Department, Finance Department and Marketing Department. All of them are responsible
to the President Director. The human resource and development manager is headed by Mr. Andi Ian
Ikram. He is responsible for planning implementation and supervision of human resources activities,
and his responsibilities for planning, monitoring and evaluating the amount of labor required by the
company. The production manager is headed by Mr. Andi Ade Ikram. He has responsibilities for
making plan related the production activities in the short and long term, managing and improving the
effectiveness and efficiency of company production, and examining new technologies and alternative
methods of producing. The financial manager is leaded by Mr. Muh.Alfiansyah, his responsible for
providing and interpreting financial information, monitoring and interpreting cash flows, and
predicting future trends. The marketing department is leaded by Mr. Andi Muh.Ali Akbar. He has
responsibilities for setting guidelines on prices of goods and services, establishing and evaluating
strategic efforts, and establishing production control system as well as raw material and
complementary. Well, that is about the Managers.

The bottom position are supervisors. They are Recruitment Supervisor, Training &
Development Staff, and Compensation & Benefit Supervisor who assist the HRD Manager. The
recruitment supervisor is leaded by Mr. Agung Setya Budi. His duty are supervising recruitment
activities and reporting to HRD Manager . He has responsibilities for developing new employee
recruitment selection procedures, coordinating to other departments to collect employee request
plans each year and create employee data status and monthly turnover from each division, The
Training & Development Staff Supervisor is leaded by Mr. Abdul Muqtadirul. His duty is
supervising a recapitulation report the implementation of training and the implementation of
evaluation to financial manager. His responsibilities are conducting the process of trainning new
comer and preparing all administration related to trainning and recording employees who need
special trainning. The Compensation & Benefit Supervisor is leaded by Miss. Putri Dinda. His duty
are supervising and reporting every company facilities and payment of salary process. He is
responsible for to processing the administration of official travel in and outside the country,
maintaining company facilities (housing, vehicles, telephones, computers). And his also responsible
for organizing the pension / insurance / tax administration and termination of workers. Next, they are
selecting material supervisor, producing supervisor and the product-maintenance supervisor who
assist the Production Manager. The Selecting Material Supervisor is leaded by Mr. Muh.Kardani. His
duty is supervising and reporting selecting material activities to production manager. He is
responsible for choosing raw material which has good quality for the production process, monitoring
the supply of raw materials in the ware house, and making a report how many of the ingredients are
used. The producing supervisor is leaded by Mr. Ali Arbah. His duty is monitoring and reporting
producing of housing construction to production manager. He has responsibilities for controlling the
implemenstation of the production process from raw materials to the finished production, controlling
the use of raw materials to the quality of materials in the process. The product-maintenance
supervisor is leaded by Mr.Andi Ardiansyah. His duty is reporting analysis and evaluation of the
maintenance of an engine prodcution to production manager. He has responsibilities for arrange a
plan maintenance of equipments and machinery production. And purpose a plan of spare parts. Next,
they are Accounting Supervisor and Budget Supervisor, who support the Financial Manager. The
accounting supervisor is leaded by Miss. Siti Mutmainna. Her duty are monitoring and reporting
daily accounting activities to financial manager. She is responsible for overseeing daily transactions
(e.g. accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations), participating in tax audits
and payroll, and preparing budget reports. The Budget Supervisor is leaded by Miss. Arlita Maharani.
She is responsible to planning, assessing and monitoring the efficient utilization of cash and financial
services to financial manager. She is also responsible for understanding, managing, supervising all
aspects of cash flow, managing all aspects of In-house investment portfolios and relationships with
financial service providers. And monitor bank service fees and address quality issues. Next, they are
Distributing Supervisor, Promoting Supervisor, Selling Supervisor, and Market Research Supervisor,
who support the Marketing Manager. The distributing supervisor is leaded by Mr. Dzulfahmi. He is
responsible to marketing manager. And he has responsibilities for managing warehouse activities,
monitoring the progress of deliveries, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The
Promoting Supervisor is leaded by Mr. Reza Naphan. He is responsible to marketing manager. His
responsibilities for creating promotions for our properties construction and then sending it to media,
making plans for advertising,and controlling staff members who create and deliver advertise. The
Selling Supervisor is leaded by Mr. Bagus Aldirianto. He is responsible to marketing manager, and
he has responsibilities for organizing sales staff schedule, ensuring items are in stock and
maintaining inventory, ensuring the price is correct, and evaluating the job performance of sales
team.The Market Reasearch Supervisor is leaded by Mr. Wira Tamah. He is responsible to marketing
manager, and his responsibilities for selecting the most appropriate research methodology and
techniques, designing research questionnares, writing reports and making actionable
recommendations. Well, that’s all about Supervisors in our company.

In conclusion and entry points, our company is categoried as a big property company. We has
professional and quality of human resources who registered in our company. Khansa Property is
certified as the first Syariah Property in East-Indonesia.
