Description of the proposed change (attach drawing if necessary):
For the fire water and foam branch pipe from main ring to product tank, sprinker system
from deluge valve to product pump and truck load bay,
we request to do service test for the lines mentioned above instead of hydro test of 1.5
times of design pressure because of the reason bellowings:

1. The lines would not hold pressure

2. The welding joints were inspected
3. The Material was inspected and the certificate of the material is checked
4. 10% NDT was done and passed

4) All STQ shall be uploaded to the DMS only when it has been reviewed and endorsed by PMC.
