Description and Details:

Refer to attached picture, at grid line 15 F ceiling, there is sewer pipe affecting the ceiling partition.

What we like to propose is that we modify the sewer pipe to the inside of the partition so that we
can cover up the place and make good. But there is a cost implication. Please advise .
