1. Design Pressure of Tank to be correct (Currently mentioned 120 MM WC) , Design pressure shall
be Liquid height 10% margi+ Shut off head of Pump + n
2. Nozzle schedule taken very high. All nozzle shall be Sch 40 only. Kindly correct.
3. Anchor bolt length to provide. (Anchor bolt maximum length must be <600mm).
4. Full Radiography (Joint Efficiency -1.0) considered. Kindly confirm. We shall go with Spot
radiography (0.85)
5. Nozzle pipe & tank shell welding details drawing awaiting.
6. Manhole details drawing pending.
7. Hot insulation cleat fabrication drawing pending.
8. Cage ladder with platform details pending.
9. Roof support details pending.
10. Details of 8 dia plug hole in pad (Anchor chair) why ?
11. For N4 nozzle very close to the Curb Angle (Only 40mm gap). N4 nozzle Elevation is 5885mm &
Tank with curb angle 5925mm. So funnel type overflow can be provide to maintain overflow
level & lowering elevation of N4.
12. Lift over plate Bott & Roof BOM – LO2 in lieu of LO3. (Typo Error)
