13 Are pressure gauge installed in Casing / tubing spool

14 Any pressure in Annulus at the time of Handover

For Wells with X-masTree installed

15 Is the Positive choke assembly installed?

16 Any Damage to existing WH and/or tree?

17 Is the Hydraulic actuated valve and control panel installed ?

18 Are all wellhead and tree valves closed?

19 Is the BPV installed?
