PREPARATIONS:

1 To arrange trucks and cranes (4 cranes + 4 Trucks ) + 4 R/A ,2 Drk men

2 Inspect rig move routes (Roads and Paths)
3 Inspect new location foot prints, spots and dimensions for old and new locations prior to rig move .
4 Identify required slings & other lifting materials
5 Pre move meetings ,Identify critical loads
6 Identify and eliminate hazards
7 Extra support if required during rig move such as: portable electrical generator,
air compressor, portable lightings if necessary to work during night, drinking water, etc.
8 To make sure all required tools for rig down and rig up operations are available and arrange in place to be used
9 Check ground leveling under substructure and mud system on the the new location

WORK SCOPE ON DAY ONE:

1 Pre Job & safety meetings

2 L/D mouse hole
3 Disconnect power to mud pumps & roll up cables. Disconnect air line to
Koomy unit .
4 Dismantle catwalk.
5 Load and move beam racks, catwalk, choke manifold, v-door ramps, choke &
kill lines, Stand pipe manifold,Cmt.lines,Mud lines .
OLD LOCATION

6 Install BOP bridge crane extintion rack & remove same .

7 Clear Rig Floor ,Add more wraps on drum (55) total on drum ,R/D Top Drive,
Hook,Torque tub, Install raising line plate and lines .
8 Disconnect all electric cables from mud system & roll up cables
9 Remove degasser,mud Lab room.
10 Electrician to dismantle and roll up instrumentations cables & hoses,keep
keep weight indecator connected.
11 Load and move choke manifold
12 Disconnect electric cables on Koomey unit. Load and move koomey unit &
Hydraulic service lines
13 Prepare loads for Day 2

1 Off load shaker tank and Mud system and spot in place
