Job Context
Cogent is engaged in the business of ICT training and human resource development. The company is
looking for an energetic and dynamic marketing executive who shall market the company’s training
products and services. There is a high potential for career growth in the company for a suitable
candidate.

Job Responsibilities
 Carry out marketing of advanced IT training programmes in corporate training market and
among student community
 Carry out marketing visits and follow-up on sales leads
 Handle walk-in sales enquiries, telephone and email enquiries
 Assist in conducting seminars in universities to generate sales leads
 Assist in developing marketing print materials, e.g., brochures and flyers

Additional Requirements
 Candidates having experience in education/training business will be given preference.
 Age at most 35 years (only male candidates may apply)
 Must be competent user of MS-Office applications and skilled in social networking
 Positive attitude towards making extensive tours and sales call
 Willing to work under pressure and anywhere in Bangladesh
 Must have good communication skills
 Should be proactive, well-mannered and hard working

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements
BBA/MBA (this requirement may be relaxed for exceptional candidates)

Experience Requirements
 At least 2 years
 The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales/Marketing, Education or
training marketing, Education Counselling, IT Product/Services Marketing.
