    Principal Cum Pay & Accounts Office

    New Delhi.

    Sub: Requirement of MTS in Pr. cum PAO,

    , MTS was working in Pr cum PAO, DoNER through contract from M/s

    Bedi and Bedi. The contract with the company expired on 02.07.2018. Since

    then movement of files to and fro to the O/o CCA/CA/ etc. has suffered a lot.

    It may be noted that M/o HUA has made requisition through GeM with

    the approval of the competent authority.

    In light of the above, it is suggested that a request for the MTS, may be

    placed through GeM for New Delhi. Approval for appointing one MTS on

    outsourcing basis has already been taken from JS & FA (placed at F/A).

    If approved, we may place a request from GeM for MTS as this office is in

    urgent need of MTS.
