Rotary Greetings.
It is a very good initiative by the Rotaracrors
to publish a news letter. I wish this should
be informative. The activities of different
clubs will inspire the other club. This will
increase fellowship and connections
amongst Rotaractors
We have started a new year with new
inspiration. We have 3000+ roaractors in
100+ clubs in RID-3282. I shall be happy if
the number of rotaractors become double
by the end of this year. But our desire is not
only quantity , also quality.
May Allah the Most Merciful and the Most
Benevolent bless us all to BE THE
INSPIRATION.

It’s an amazing to know that 1st issue of
the newsletter is being set to unveil soon.
For me, it is a good sign to understand that
movement’s walking on full swing. I
admire the team who are working for
getting you a colorful newsletter with
highly content.
According to my view, the Rotaract
organization is accelerating on pace under
the direction of DRR Nafizul Alam. Now,
first month is about to end soon but within
this framework event like assembly,
PESETS, DT TS reached destiny with
comport.
Thanks Editorial team and hoping you can
keep such spirit always up.

This is an immense pleasure to me to present before you the
1st issue of the DRR’s newsletter of the year 2018-19. I thank Rtr. Syed Saiful Islam
the DRR for entrusting me with the Chief Editor with my District Chief Editor 2018-19
editorial team. RID-3282, Bangladesh
We aim to make newsletter instrumental for all clubs and
Rotaractors and to serve as an open communication between
all. I humbly request all clubs to send their project pictures and
other activity reports to us before 5th of each month and help
us to publish it in time regularly.
I strongly believe that DRR’s newsletter will serve the D 3282
with all your support. Let all of us be together to make a

“Alone we can do so little, together we can do so
much.”, said by Author Helen keller.
The symbiotic relationship between leadership and
togetherness can hardly be overemphasized. In an
increasingly knowledge-intensive world, the most
competent leader could be staring at the face of failure if
the team that is led fails to measure up to the leader's
objectives and get derailed. Indeed, teams can be
rudderless without effective and wise leadership. There
has been significant debate as to the styles and
characteristics of leadership that engender optimal team
performance. Similarly, the constituents of teams that are
remarkably effective have been studied and emulated.
Obviously, leadership and togetherness cannot exist
without each other. They have to be balanced,
coordinated, and synergies for optimal organizational
performance towards successful outcomes.
