1. Team Orientation:
IQRA University Islamabad campus have good team orientation in terms of management and
collaboration. All the departments seems collaborative while doing any activity. Top level
management performing important role in communication between different departments of
University. Students from all departments attend every event like seminars, conferences and
meetings no matter from which department it belongs to.
2. Stability:
IQRA University is very stable in terms of decision making. Proper planning, good
teamwork and time to time meetings are the main reasons due to which IQRA University is
stable.
3. Innovation & Risk taking:
IQRA Islamabad is not performing as it should in terms of innovation. Course and syllabus
been taught is very outdated particularly in Computer Science Department. CS department is
not bringing professionals of the fields they are lacking of good teachers that can help
students to learn latest and upcoming trends.
4. Attention to Detail:
Regarding the matter of attention to detail, IQRA Islamabad have satisfactory performance. If
we look at Teqtiqs they have planned from a long time. All departments seems collaborative
and communicated.
5. Outcome Orientation:
In respect of outcome orientation IQRA University’s management have pathetic
performance. They don’t learn from their previous mistakes and they keep on repeating it
again and again. University don’t pay attention on the feedbacks received from its students.
6. People Orientation:
Concerning to the matter of people orientation, Iqra University have average performance.
Some departments are doing well but some of them fail to create a good system that keeps its
people united.
7. Aggressiveness:
Iqra University’s management doesn’t seems aggressive even if they don’t get desired or
expected results. Top level management sometimes behaves aggressively if conditions
becomes extremely bad. Overall, polite behavior been adopt by the management.
