It is a great opportunity for the researchers to represent this research project to General
Santos Doctors’ Medical School Foundation, Inc., entitled: Anxiety and Depression to Type 2
Diabetes in General Santos City.
Firstly, the researchers would like to acknowledge their instructor, Ma’am Mary Glenda
Lugtu and their SHS principal, Anna Claire Faelden, MAED who have given their approval to
this project, have always been helpful in making their research and for giving constant
encouragement and for sharing expertise to the researchers.
Secondly, to the parents of the researchers who gave their support not just financially but
also emotionally. If it were not for them, the researchers would not have the will to complete the
research project.
Most importantly, the research project will not be made possible if it were not for the
