II. NARRATIVE REPORT

During our visit to our athlete’s practice we are happy seeing their
eagerness and willingness to practice. They participate to us and respect
us. This is our first practice but then we are glad seeing them with their
skill in playing volleyball. They showed to us that they can perform and
play with team. They develop team work as well. This second practice is
the most interesting part to know and observed their capabilities and
capacity. As we observed in our practice they develop teamwork. In our
first visit we conduct survey or home to home visit to know their
backgrounds and asked some question about their selves. We try to asked
permission to the parents of each player. We are also observing the
progress of our players. We encounter some problems just like the
absences of some of the players, our communication to them and of
course our expenses, even though it was a tiresome experience in meeting
different individual but seeing them with joy and interest to learn. We
are much willing to do our best in teaching them techniques and give
them some orientation about the rules. We search the latest rules of the
volleyball in order for them to know when and where they committed a
mistake. Some of our member were discussed those rules, some play the
role as a coach and some of us assist the players. The major problem is
the place or the venue to practice because we are practicing in a small
area which can affects the movement of the players, even though there is
a net but the area is not good in performing drills. We are Happy in
meeting others, especially some our members were dealing practicing
teaching next semester. This is serve as there practice to their field of
teaching this is a big help to develop socialization. We are very much
thankful to our beloved teacher who’s making these activities possible
and give as the chance to experience coaching.

III. ACCOMPLISHMENT OF OBJECTIVES

 Objectives : At the end of this activity the student will be able to:
1. Engage our players in the sport Volleyball.
 2. Develop their skills and abilities in conducting volleyball
practice
3. Value the importance of the Sport volleyball and develop
sportsmanship and teamwork.
 Strategies
Our strategy use in teaching the players are we teach them how to
take care of the conflict as soon as possible and take responsibility
for how you feel. As a team players should not blame other person.
Our goal is to come up with a solution to any possible problem.
Team is the most important. In terms of problem we are going to
talk to the person that have a conflict with and keep it private.

 Activities
We are conducting practice volleyball to our players, but fist thing
that we did is we conduct drill for 30 minutes before starting
playing the game.

 Results:
After the practice or play we notice the strengths and weaknesses
of each player. Each player has an individual skill on how to play
the game. After the practice we believe that are teams can more
improved their weakness.

 The absences of some of our players
 The venue of our practice to execute drills

V. OTHERS INSIGHTS/ RECOMMENDATION

We have long had believe that there is a window of opportunities to
improved our players. They need more time to practice, and also by the
help of a good coach.
