Internship Outline

Tasks*:
 Assist in developing administrative internship program
 Conduct administrative tasks and related duties as assigned
 Learn and master internal operations, including but not limited to accounting, event
planning, finance, human resources, donors, ministry, payroll, marketing, relationship
building, daily operations, grant writing, etc.
 Create memos, presentations, and other written work as needed
 Attend staff meetings and take minutes
 Assist in preparing for key events, including but not limited to the Anniversary party,
annual meeting, etc.
 Take part in weekend operations at least three times during the duration of the internship
 Assist in the transition of executive director
 Perform a variety of entry-level administrative staff duties and assist higher-level
personnel in research and analysis related to areas such as administrative regulations,
policies, processes, procedures, systems, methods, reports, and forms, while learning the
fundamental mission, structure, and operations associated with the administrative office
 Assist in maintenance of social media
 Project management responsibilities
