Mr. Curry,

Thank you for your letter and resolution expressing the county’s desire to not move forward with the 
school connector trail.  Since no formal agreements had been executed between the Department and 
the county and no expenditures have been charged to the project VDOT can cancel the project.

Thank you for working with the BOS and the citizens of Rappahannock County to provide accurate 
information in which to base this decision.
