    Dear Ma’am/Sir,

    I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally request the conversion of my current
    landholding into a homelot under the jurisdiction of the Municipal Agrarian Reform Program
    Office (MARPO).
    It involves a parcel of land covered by TCT No. 389578, with Lot No. 3921 F-6 Survey No. PSD-
    112402-128332 with an area of 200 sq.m., more or less, and located at Barangay Langub,
    Davao City, or declared under Tax Declaration (TD) No. 172-09-008-002-169.
    I kindly request your assistance in processing my request for homelot conversion at your
    earliest convenience. If there are any forms or documents I need to complete or any additional
    information required from my end, please do not hesitate to inform me.
