for Rotary Ash Cooler
一. 概述 General
滚筒冷渣机主要用于冷却循环流化床锅炉的热渣（约 950℃），冷却后的渣温一般不大
于 150℃。
冷渣机冷却方式以水冷为主，风冷为辅。冷却水最宜软化水，一般可采用汽轮机凝结水
采用工业水时易结垢，影响换热效果，故出水温度一般不应大于 50℃，需及时除垢。
冷渣机按驱动电机所在方位分为左型和右型：面对冷渣机出口看向入渣口，电机在滚筒
左侧者为左型，电机在右侧者为右型。
Rotary Ash Cooler is used for cooling the hot bottom ash (about 950℃) from CFBC boiler.
The ash after cooled is dry, with temperature less than 150℃.
The main cooling method used by the Ash Cooler is water cooling, supplemented by air
cooling. The cooling water used for the Rotary Ash Cooler shall be softened water preferably.
Generally turbine condensate water shall be used. Industrial water will have sediment incrustation
easily, which will affect the cooler heat exchange. So the water outlet temperature shall not be more
than 50 ℃, need timely removal
Rotary ash coolers are classified into left-handed type and right-handed type by motor
position. Seen from ash outlet of ash cooler, the motor fixed on left side of the barrel is what left-
handed ash cooler, while the motor fixed on right side of the barrel is what right-handed ash cooler.
二. 主要结构 Structure
滚筒冷渣机主要由进渣管组件、进渣装置、滚筒、转动系统、驱动机构、出渣装置、冷却水
系统及电控装置等组成（详见附图）：
Rotary Ash Cooler is composed of ash inlet pipe, ash inlet section, barrel, rotary system, drive
mechanism, ash outlet section, cooling water system and electrical control system etc. (more details
see the attached drawings)
1、滚筒：由内筒、外筒、换热导向片、端盖等构成。内筒壁焊有呈螺旋状分布的螺旋叶片及纵
向叶片，内、外筒之间的夹层通以冷却水，灰渣的热量通过传导、对流、辐射等多种形式传递

到冷却水中。
Barrel: The barrel is composed of inner shell, outer shell, fins and end cover. The inner shell wall is
designed with spiral fins and longitudinal fins. The cooling water flows through the cooling water
pipe and jacket between the inner and outer shell. Heat from hot ash shall be transmitted to cooling
water by means of conduction, convection and radiation etc.
2、转动系统：由支撑圈、支承轮、挡轮、主动链轮、从动链轮等组成。从动链轮、支撑圈套装在
滚筒外壁，由驱动机构带动滚筒在四个支承轮上旋转。支撑圈、支承轮磨损导致滚筒高度下
降时，进渣装置壳体底部的螺栓使进渣装置中的密封圈与密封环、密封套保持同心。挡轮安
装在出渣端支撑圈的两侧，限制滚筒轴向位移。
2. Rotary System: The Rotary system is composed of support ring, support roller, axial guide
rollers, drive sprocket, and driven sprocket. Support ring and driven sprocket are fixed on the
outside of the barrel and the drive mechanism will drive the barrel to revolve. The abrasion of
support ring and support roller can lead to the barrel descent. Bolt in the bottom of the ash inlet
section keeps seal ring, seal enclosure and seal cartridge concentric. The axial guide rollers are
installed on both sides of the support ring to restrict the barrel’s axial displacement.
3、驱动机构：由电机、减速机组成，为滚筒旋转提供动力。
3. Drive mechanism: the drive mechanism is composed of motor and speed reducer, which can
provide power for barrel.
4、进渣装置：由进渣管、进渣箱体、封渣装置等组成。锅炉底渣经进渣管流入冷渣机滚筒内，
进渣箱体设负压吸风口，反螺旋封渣装置可防止动静结合处灰渣泄漏。
4. Ash inlet section: Ash inlet section is composed of ash pipe, ash feeding tank and ash anti-
leakage system etc. The bottom ash flows into the barrel through ash inlet pipe. There is an air vent
with negative pressure in the ash feeding tank. The contour screw structure is designed to prevent
ash leakage from the sealing position.
5、出渣装置：由出口密封罩、出渣口等组成。可按需要设负压吸风口、事故放渣口等，密封罩
分上下两部分，可方便拆卸和检修。
5. Ash outlet section: Ash outlet section includes seal cover and ash outlet etc. Anti-pressure air vent
and emergency ash outlet shall be designed according to requirement. The seal cover is removal for
convenient maintenance.

6、冷却水系统：由旋转接头、筒口水管、回水管、金属软管等组成，为冷渣机提供冷却水。压
力开关、热电阻、安全阀等安全附件安装于冷却水管路上。
6. Cooling water system: Cooling water system is composed of rotary joint, water pipe, flexible
metal tube etc, which can provide cooling water for ash cooler. The safety attachments are fixed on
the cooling water pipe, such as pressure switch, hot resistance, safety valve, etc.
7、电控装置：主要指电控箱和相关控制仪表等，能输出远方信号，便于远方控制。
7. Electric control system: includes control box and control instruments, and can output the remote
signals to DCS.
8、进渣管组件：锅炉排渣口到冷渣机进渣口的连接部分，主要由进渣管、接口法兰等组成。
8. Ash inlet pipe: range from boiler ash outlet to ash inlet of ash cooler, include ash pipe and
connector flange.
三. 工作原理 Working Principle

锅炉排出的热渣经进渣管进入滚筒内部，并在进渣管出口周围堆积到一定高度，当灰渣
的重力与进渣管内渣流的重力平衡时，渣流便被阻滞；当由滚筒旋转而带动灰渣向滚筒出渣
端输送时，进渣管出口周围渣堆高度随之下降从而打破了管内外灰渣的重力平衡，管内渣流
又继续。这样，滚筒转，热渣流进；滚筒停，热渣流停；快转快进，慢转慢进。在灰渣输送
过程中，灰渣与冷却水进行热交换，由循环流动的冷却水将灰渣热量带走，灰渣温度降低，
可以由输渣设备运走。
As the bottom ash enters the bottom of the barrel through the ash inlet, ash starts to accumulate
around the inlet till equilibrium is established between the ash gravity and the resistance of the ash
in the barrel, named as “Ash-lock”. As the barrel rotates, the ash resistance is reduced inducing
more bottom ash into the barrel. The ash flow is a linear function of the rotating speed. The higher
the barrel rotates, the higher the ash flow is. The ash flow halts when the barrel stops rotating. There
is no combustion in the ash inlet pipe due to lack of air there.

四. 水路系统安全保护 Water System Protection

冷渣机筒体超过承压极限时会发生危险，因此冷渣机日常维护检修应参照压力容器
进行管理，同时冷渣机水路系统（应）设如下保护系统：
It is possible to cause danger when the barrel exceeds allowable pressure. Therefore, routine
maintenance of ash cooler should be as per Pressure Vessel Regulations, and designed with the
following protections for ash cooler water system.
1、冷渣机水管路上的阀门必须与冷渣机联锁运行，即必须完全打开进出水阀门后才
能启动冷渣机；
1. The valves of cooling water must be interlock with the ash cooler.
2、冷渣机水路上的压力开关，具有水系统欠压、超压报警并停机功能；
2. The pressure switch mounted on the cooling water pipe shall alarm signal at low pressure or
overpressure and stop the cooler.
3、冷渣机回水管路上设热电阻，当水温超出设定值时能够报警并停机；
3. The hot resistance mounted on the cooling water system shall alarm signal at cooling water
system over temperature and stop the cooler.
4、冷渣机水管路上设安全阀，当水压超出设定值时能够泄压保护。
4. The safety/relief valves mounted on the cooling water system shall discharge while
overpressure.
5、冷渣机设有轴向位移检测装置，当轴向位移超限时能够报警并停机。
5. The axial displacement detector shall alarm signal over axial displacement limit and stop the
cooler operation.
以上保护措施和安全附件应定期校验，一般一年两次。
Above mentioned protection measures and safety attachments should be verified
regularly, twice a year generally.

六. 运输包装措施：Shipping and Packing Measures

本次出运的设备为出口产品，需经历陆运海运及多次吊装，根据国家（行业）出台的相关规定，
该包装的制作可按照 GB13384-机电产品通用技术条件，GBT 7284-1998 框架木箱所要求的制作工艺制
作包装；材料选用可根据 GBT 9846.3-2004 胶合板的规定选取；包装辅材及防护包装根据 GBT 7284-
1998 框架木箱引用的相关标准执行；包装件的试验方法根据 GB/T 4857 用途包装、运输包装件常规的

检测标准、GB-T5398-1999 大型运输包装件试验方法执行；包装外标识根据 GBT 191 包装储运图示标
志等文件标示。
The equipments shipped this time are for export through road and ocean transport, slung many
times. According to related national and industrial regulation, the packaging shall follow GB13384
“General Specifications for packaging of mechanical and electrical products” and GBT 7284-1998
“Wooden Framed Case”. Material selection shall be as per GBT 9846.3-2004 “General Specification for
Plywood”. Packing material and protection shall be performed as the relevant standards included in GBT
7284-1998 “Wooden Framed Case”. The test methods of packages shall be performed according to GB/T
4857 “Test Specification for Packaging and Transport Packages” and GB-T5398-1999 “Test Methods for
Large Transport Packages”. Marking for packages shall be done in compliance with GBT 191 “Packaging-
Pictorial Marking for Handling of Goods”.
防护包装主要有：防雨、防潮、防锈、防震、局部防护等方式。
Protection packaging mainly includes: rainproof, moistureproof, antirust, quakeproof, partially
protected, etc.
冷渣机仪表、阀门、波纹管、金属软管等部件，在到达现场后，应防止在阴凉、干燥的库
房。
Some components of ash cooler, such as instruments, valves, corrugated pipe, flexible metal
tube, etc. shall not be stored in shady and dry warehouse after arrived at site.
冷渣机主机、管道、平台等大部件停放在室外时，应选平坦的地面并铺上木板。停放后用
罩布盖好。
Large components like ash cooler body, pipes, platform, etc. shall be placed at flat ground with
wood boarding when stored outdoor. Then cover them with canvas.
七. 安装 Erection
冷渣机出厂前已进行筒体水压试验、整机空运转试车，发货时主机为整体发货，其余如
驱动机构(电机及减速机)、驱动机座、链条、金属软管和仪表附件等需要现场安装。
冷渣机安装前，冷渣机主机等需要吊装，本项目冷渣机主机重约 25 吨，主机底座处有四

个吊耳，起吊过程应平稳。（见附图）
冷渣机安装时按图纸将冷渣机正确就位，左右旋向（按出口罩喷涂的标记）按图纸要求
布置，整机水平找正，水平度±3mm，找正后底座应与基础焊接牢固。
注：基础图与冷渣机布置图参照《冷渣机外供图》
Hydraulic test and non-load running test have been done on the ash cooler before shipment.
The ash cooler shall be wholy assembled for shipment, except the drive mechanism (motor and
speed reducer), drive frame, chain, flexible metal tube and instrument, which require field
installation.
Before erection, ash cooler body shall be slung steadily for erection. The weight of ash cooler
body for this project is approximately 25 tons. There shall be four lifting lugs on the base of ash
cooler.
The ash cooler shall be located correctly according to the installation drawing and
differentiated the left-handed or right-handed type while installing. The cooler shall be arranged
horizontally with levelness ±3mm. The bottom frame shall be welded firmly with the basic
embedded parts.
Note: Foundation drawing and ash cooler arrangement refer to the Offered Drawing of ash
cooler
现场安装时以下问题需特别注意：Special attentions for field installation
1、冷渣机按驱动电机所在方位分为左型和右型：面对冷渣机出口看向入渣口，电机在
滚筒左侧者为左型，电机在右侧者为右型。应根据图纸要求将左型和右型冷渣机分别就位，
不能装错。
1. Rotary ash coolers are classified into left-handed type and right-handed type by motor
position. Seen from ash outlet of ash cooler, the motor fixed on left side of the barrel is what left-
handed ash cooler, while the motor fixed on right side of the barrel is what right-handed ash cooler.
The left-handed and right-handed type ash cooler should be located according to the drawing, and
installed correctly
2、驱动机构在主机就位后现场安装，注意滚筒旋向（旋向指示喷涂在出口密封罩上），电机
运行时，链条的下链为拉紧状态，不可装反。
2. The drive mechanism requires field installation after the cooler located. Pay attention to the
rotating direction of the barrel. The below chain is tense, which should not be installed conversely.

3、为便于运输，减速机一般不加注润滑油，运行前需检查油位并按减速机说明书要求
加注。
3. Speed reducer will not fill lubricant for shipment convenience. The lubricant shall be
checked on level and filled as the instruction before operation.
4、安装时注意不要碰撞旋转接头，以免造成漏水、振动大，影响运行效果。进出水管的
固定点应适当远离冷渣机，使水管有较好的挠度。金属软管活动端接水管，另一端接旋转接
头。旋转接头下的疏水斗已设有排水口，该口应接入排水沟。
4. Please noted that the rotary joints shall not hit each other while erection to prevent from
water leakage and large rotating vibration. The fixing points of water pipes shall be properly away
from the ash cooler so that the water pipes will have a good deflection. The flexible end of the metal
tube joints with the water pipe and the other with rotary joint. The funnel below the rotary joint has
a water outlet, which shall lead into the drain.
5、进渣端负压吸风口和出渣端负压吸风口现场确定方位后，在进、出渣箱体上开孔焊接
两路汇总后接入锅炉尾部烟道(电除尘前)。为补偿热膨胀，进渣端风口为柔性接口，短管不
要插到底。负压风管道按 350℃设计，该风管应向上方走向，以避免灰尘堵塞负压风管。
5. The ash inlet air vent and ash outlet air vent require field installation, then connect to the
flue of the boiler end part (before ESP). The air vent connected with the ash inlet section is flexible
due to thermal expansion. The air duct requires to be designed with a manual adjusting damper. The
air duct shall be designed as 350℃ and upwards to prevent from ash block.
6、冷渣机整机安装完毕，再安装测控仪表，如热电阻、压力表、压力开关及安全阀等。安
全阀应竖直安装，泄放口应接至安全区域，并保持泄放口畅通。电控箱挂于就近的锅炉钢柱
上，位置和高度要方便操作，环境要干净整洁、安全、远离热源。
6 After the cooler is installed, the instrument shall be installed, such as thermocouple, pressure
gage, pressure transmitter, flow meter and safety valve. Keep the safety valve installed vertically,
with the leakage vent unblocked to the safety area. The control box shall be hanged on the boiler
frame and easy to operation, with clean and safe condition and away from heat resources.
7、按电气接线图连接电控装置，图纸中与集控室相接的信号必须连接并保持畅通。电机
接线应保证冷渣机滚筒转向正确，不允许反转。各测点电缆应完好，信号传递灵敏畅通。
7. The control box shall be connected according to the wiring diagram. The signal connected

with central control room in the drawing must be connected and keep unblocked. The cooler
rotating direction shall follow the marks on the ash cooler. Reversion is not allowed. Signal shall
transfer correctly from local instrument to control box.
八. 运行 Operation
1、空运行试验 Non-load Running testing
支撑圈正下方有防止运输过程中滚筒窜动的挡铁，试运前将其撤除。
Before test running, remove the iron which installed under the support ring to prevent the
movement in the transport process.
将冲洗水接入冷渣机进水口，出水口打开，对冷渣机进行冲洗；然后再将冲洗水接入冷
渣机出水口，进水口打开，对冷渣机进行反冲洗，如此反复冲洗各不少于三次，每次不少于
10 分钟，直至将冷渣机中的杂质全部冲出，水质洁净为止。冲洗时冷渣机应低速运转（冲洗
时可以先解除冷渣机的联锁，待冲洗合格后再恢复联锁）。
Connect water to the water inlet, open the water outlet valve and barrel air vent and flush the
cooler. Then connect water into the water outlet, open the water inlet valve and barrel air vent and
anti-flush the cooler. This operation should be done more than three times, not less than 10 minutes
each time, until the water flowing from cooler is clean. Flushing process should conduct at the low
speed of the barrel (Release the interlocking during flushing, recover the interlocking after finishing
the flushing.)
试运前应先确认冷却水接口正确，然后再接通冷却水。转动滚筒使排气口向上，旋开放
气阀排除空气，待排气口有水流出后旋紧放气阀。然后通以工作压力的冷却水，保压 30 分钟
检查有无泄漏、变形和异常声响。
After cleaning shall be connected cooling water. Turn the barrel to make the vent upwards,
then turn on the air vent until the water flow out from the vent, and then plug for seal. Connect
cooling water at working pressure and maintain for 30 minutes, checking leakage, transformation
and unusual sound.
做不少于 2 次“冷却水超压、欠压自动停车报警”试验。使冷却水压力超过（或低于）压力
开关设定值，这时应能立即停车并报警；然后将水压升至安全阀开启压力，安全阀应能及时
卸压保护。
Perform the test at least twice on “alarm signaled and stop while over pressure and less
pressure”. If cooling water pressure surpasses the set value of pressure switch, the cooler shall
alarm signal and stop. If the water pressure rises to the opening value of the safety valve, the safety

valve shall release pressure.

一切都正常后，再通以正常冷却水，进行不少于 6 小时的空运行试验（必须通水），试
验运转过程中应仔细观察冷渣机有无异常，若无异常便可投入生产性试运行。
All of them are in normal condition then connect cooling water and perform non-load running
test for at least six hours (must be connected to cooling water). Check the operation of the ash
cooler, if no abnormal then go to operation standby.
旋转接头允许有少量泄漏，泄漏较大时可调节填料压紧螺栓。
The rotary joint allows a little leakage. Compress the packing glands box if the leakage is
serious.
※ ※※ 严禁冷渣机在不通水的情况下运行！
※ ※※ It is prohibited to start the ash cooler without cooling water.
2.运行前准备工作 Preparing before Operation

2.1 冷渣机启动前，必须保证冷却水系统投入运行！！！
The cooling water system must be assured to put into operation before the ash cooler starts up.
2.2 点动电机，观察滚筒旋向是否正确；
Start the motor. Ensure the rotating direction of the barrel is right.
2.3 检查电控箱、电气设备是否正常；
Ensure the control box and instrument work well.
2.4 负压风管道风门是否已开；
Ensure the door of the antipressure air pipe is open.
2.5 检查保护定值是否满足要求。
Ensure the protection setting value meets the requirement.
3、运行 Operation
冷渣机启动频率是 5Hz，启动后通过变频器调节滚筒转速，待出渣温度和出水温度稳定
后才可以继续升速，每次升速幅度不宜过大，逐渐使冷渣机出力与锅炉排渣量相适应，在满
足床压的前提下，应尽可能低速运转。
The start-up frequency of the ash cooler is 5HZ. After the temperature of the ash outlet and

water outlet is normal, then adjust the transducer to speed up the barrel step by step to fit the ash
output quantity. Please try the best to keep a low running speed under good condition of the bed
pressure.
冷渣机需悬挂警示标识，悬挂位置见附图，冷渣机的危险源为高温危险源。危险源的
温度约为 50℃～100℃。
Ash cooler shall be hung with warming markings, whose position please see attached drawing.
The danger source of ash cooler is high temperature, about 50℃～100℃.
冷渣机宜采取连续运行方式，断续运行易对冷渣机造成危害。
Ensure the ash cooler in continuous operation.
当冷却水为除盐水时，可将出水温度高温报警设定值定为 95℃，特殊情况应征得我公
司技术部同意。
Water outlet temperature shall be set to alarm at 95℃ when the cooling water is desalted
water. Special cases shall gain our technical department’s approval.
△ 冷渣机进出水阀门须与冷渣机联锁，严禁在断水或水量不足时启动冷渣机！！！
△ The control valve of the water pipe must be interlocked with the ash cooler. It is
prohibited to start the ash cooler without water or water quantity lower than design value.
△ 冷渣机运行时因保护动作而停机，必须查明原因并处理好缺陷后方可投运，严禁
将保护元件短接或取消保护功能！！！
△ When the ash cooler stops abnormally, find out causes and solve the defects before
operation. Canceling the protection function is forbidden.
冷渣机运行过程中尤其刚开始运行时，由于锅炉工况不稳定或有结焦情况，有时会出现
热渣在锅炉炉膛正压作用下快速涌至冷渣机出渣口（甚至下一级设备）的现象（通常称这种
现象为“流渣”，非正常情况），该现象没有规律可循，但会有一些预兆：锅炉至冷渣机的进
渣管段整个变红、回水温度迅速升高、冷渣机进出口有大量烟气，热渣会涌到冷渣机出口，
随之锅炉床压急剧下降，出现这种情况应立即停运冷渣机，待回水温度正常后方可再次启动
冷渣机，且低转速启动并视情况确定是否要提高转速。
During the test running of boiler, especially at the beginning of running, because the boiler is
under an unstable working condition or with clinker, sometimes it appears in ash cooler that the hot
ash flow directly to the outlet without efficient cooling. This phenomenon is usually called “HOT

ASH FLOW”, which is abnormal. There would be some foretoken of HOT ASH FLOW: The whole
ash inlet pipe turns redder than normal and the temperature of return water increases rapidly. The
ash inlet and outlet are with heavy smoke. DCS shows rapid (abnormal) drop of the boiler bed
pressure. Under this condition, the ash cooler shall be stopped immediately. After the temperature of
return water goes back to normal, re-start the cooler at low speed. Then observe the ash temperature
and water temperature and raise the speed when stable
△ 生产运行中的冷渣机停车时，不可立即中断冷却水，至少延时 20～30 分钟；否
则将引起冷渣机过热受损。
△ Don’t immediately break off the cooling water when the ash cooler stops, wait 20-30
minutes at least, otherwise the ash cooler shall be damaged because of hot ash remain
in barrel.
九．日常维护 Maintenance
旋转接头内部的密封填料，需适时调节其压紧度，以维持有少量滴水为宜。填料是易损
件，磨损失效后应及时更换。一般运行 6 个月后应全部更换。
There is allowed a little leakage on the rotary joint. If the leakage is serious, adjust the
tightness of packing glands. The packing glands are wear part and shall be replaced every 6
months.
检查维护与更换旋转水接头里的填料和推力滑轴承时需拆卸其外端盖。推力滑轴承的磨
损程度可从“标杆”端部与水接头轴肩之间的距离显示出来：轴承未磨损时其距离接近零，随
着轴承的磨损其距离变大，当距离增大到 15mm 时则需更换推力滑轴承。
When check and replace the packing glands and thrust bearing, dismantle the outside end
cover. The abrasion extent of the thrust bearing can be indicated by the distance between the “mark
post” end and shaft shoulder of rotary joint. The distance shall be approximately 0 without any
abrasion of bearing. With the increasing abrasion of bearing, when the distance extends 15mm, the
bearing shall be replaced then.
应定期检查旋转接头里的轴承。该轴承的磨损程度可从压盖端面与旋转接头轴肩之间的
距离显示出来，随着轴承的损坏其距离变大，当距离增大 15mm 时则需更换轴承。
Check the bearing of rotary joint regularly. The abrasion extent of bearing can be indicated by
the distance between the gland and shaft shoulder of rotary joint: With the increasing abrasion of

bearing, when the distance extends 15mm, the bearing shall be replaced then.
冷渣机滚筒的轴向位置需保持其支撑圈端面与左右挡轮的间隙大体相等，若偏离较多而
致支撑圈端面贴近其中一挡轮时，则应在运行中调节挡轮以纠正其偏离；冷渣机挡轮处设
“轴向位移检测装置”，当轴向窜动超过设定值时，冷渣机会发出报警信号。
The optimum axial position of the barrel is that the gap between support ring end faces and
two side axial guide rollers are approximately equal. Adjust the axial guide rollers during operation
to optimum position if there is serious deviation between them. The axial displacement detector is
equipped with the cooler. The proximity switch will alarm signal and stop the cooler when the
displacement is out of the set value.
轴向位移过大需重新调整支承轮的位置。（见附图）
Readjust the support roller’s position if the axial displacement is too great. (See attached
drawing)
冷渣机进渣密封结构中，密封环、密封圈和进渣管等都是易损件，磨损失常时会造成灰
渣泄漏，则需更换。
更换密封环和密封圈时需先拆下进渣管，更换后需调整进渣体处密封圈调节螺栓，使
密封环、密封圈的间隙保持均匀。
The wear parts included in the anti-leakage structure such as seal ring, seal enclosure and ash
inlet pipe shall be replaced once ash leakage is found due to the abrasion.
When replace seal enclosure and seal ring, take away the ash inlet pipe previously, and readjust
the seal ring bolt and ensure the even gap between them.
密封圈以不锈钢螺栓螺母紧固于进渣筒壳端面上。更换密封环时需割除并将焊缝清理干
净，重新安装并调整好密封间隙。
Seal ring is fixed on the ash inlet pipe by stainless steel bolt and nut. It requires to cut down
them and clean the weld seam when replace, and adjust the seal gap when reinstall.
“冷却水超压自动停车报警”和安全阀泄放试验每半年进行一次，压力开关、温度计和安全
阀每年至少校验两次，不合格要更换。
Check the “alarm signaled and stops automatically when cooling water over pressure’’ and the
“safety valve discharge ’’ once every half year. Calibrate the pressure gage, thermometer and safety
valve at least twice every year, and replace any unqualified ones.
冷渣机如长期不能投运或停运，重新运行需检查旋转接头内轴承及螺母等锈蚀等情

况，如锈蚀严重或损坏，需更换后投入运行。
If the ash cooler is left idle for long time, check the rusty condition of the rotary joint
inner bearing and nuts. Replace them before operation if the rusty condition is serious.
十、检修 Check and Repair

滚筒冷渣机应按压力容器进行管理。
The Rotary Ash Cooler shall be controlled as per the pressure vessel.
除以上提到的各注意事项外，还应在运行过程中注意冷渣机减速机润滑油如果低于最低
油位要及时加注润滑油，牌号按减速机使用说明书；减速机冷却风扇不可反转并要保持正常
运转；冷渣机支承轮定期加注润滑脂，通过支承轮的注油孔用专用加油枪加注#2 锂基润滑
脂。
In addition, during operation, check the lube oil level of the speed reducer and add correct
amount of oil timely according to the instructions. Speed reducer cooling fan shall not be converse
and shall be ensured with normal operation. Lubricate the support rollers regularly with special
lithium base grease using grease gun.
冷渣机传动链条要松紧适当，否则会降低传动效率。磨损后应及时张紧，当无法继续张
紧时，可将链条截去几节或更换。
The ash cooler chain shall be with proper tightness and adjusted in time if abrased. If the take-up
stroke to the limit, dismantle some chain links or replaces the chain completely.
挡轮的作用是限制滚筒轴向窜动，其直径远小于支撑圈，故磨损较快，属于易损件，需
定期更换。
The barrel axial displacement is limited by axial guide rollers, whose diameter is far smaller
than support ring. So they are wear parts and need replacement regularly.
寒冷地区，冷渣机如长期不能投运或停运，应将筒体内的水通过筒体上的放气阀泄放干
净，以防结冰损坏冷渣机。
In the cold region, if the ash cooler can’t be put into operation for long time or stop working,
discharge all the water via the air bleeder to prevent from icing up and damaging the ash cooler

十三.以下属危险操作 Dangerous Operation

1 锅炉运行时，冷渣机入口插板门关闭，而冷渣机在转动，这样会破坏冷渣机内的渣封；
The inlet slide gate of Ash cooler is closed when boiler is in operation, but the barrel is rotating. In
this case, the ash-lock in ash cooler will be damaged
2 在床压很高并且冷渣机内排空的状态下打开冷渣机进口门，这样会有大量的红渣迅速从冷
渣机内排出；
Under the condition of high bed pressure and evacuation, the inlet door is opened. In this way, a
mass of red ash will discharge fast from the ash cooler.
3 冷渣机喷渣停机后，如果在很短的时间内启动冷渣机，很容易导致再次喷渣。
The ash cooler is stopped due to ash eruption. If restart the ash cooler in very short time, ash
eruption will occur again.
4 冷却水进出口阀门不开，冷却水系统没有进入运行而启动冷渣机；
Start the ash cooler when cooling water inlet and outlet valves are not open and the cooling water
system does not work.
5 冷渣机安全附件如压力开关、安全阀不进行校验投运；

Instructions of LGT-DKX Control Box on Rotary Ash Cooler
1 简介 Introduction
LGT-DKX 滚筒冷渣机电控箱是为滚筒冷渣机配备的电控装置，能对冷渣机进行起停及
调速控制，该控制系统同时还具有水温检测、水压检测、筒体超位移检测及指示，在筒体长
时间运行磨损后高度下降状态下发出信号，在水压低、水超压、超位移及故障状态下发出信
号并自动停车。
LGT-DKX Control box is the electrical control device equipped for Rotary Ash Cooler. It can
control the ash cooler and adjust its speed. The control system has the following functions, such as
water temperature testing, water pressure alarm, barrel displacement testing, alarm signaled when
the barrel descend after long time running; alarm signaled and stop the cooler under the condition of
low water pressure, water overpressure, over displacement and other troubles
2 安装接线 Installation and Connection
机械设备安装到位后，将电控箱挂置于冷渣机就近的锅炉钢支架立柱上，然后参照滚筒
冷渣机的电气接线图接好线（屏蔽电缆的屏蔽层应接地），电控箱外壳应可靠接地。
After the cooler is installed, hang the control box on the handy steel pole of the boiler and
connect according to the wiring diagram of the Rotary Ash Cooler (The shield layer for cable shield

shall be grounded.). The shell of the box shall be grounded.

3 调试 Debugging
在进行合闸调试前，应先检查一下设备机械安装及电器接线无误。电控箱内电器元件及
螺丝有无松动现象，确认无误后方可送电调试，调试时分就地/远控两种控制方式进行调试。
Before debugging, check whether the cooler is installed and connected correctly and whether
the electric components and screws in the box loose. Power on after confirming above. There are
two ways to debug, local and remote.
就地调试方式：Local debugging：
调试时，先检查一下冷渣机的压力开关是否在设定范围（该设定范围据现场水循环系统
实际值来进行设定）之内，如果水压力低于最小值或者是高于最大值冷渣机都无法起动，同
时操作面板上会有相应的指示灯亮。确定水压力在设定范围内后方可起动冷渣机进行调试。
Check whether the water pressure of ash cooler is within the setting limit. If the water pressure
is lower than the minimum or higher than the maximum, the cooler can not start up and the related
indicator will light on the operation board. Please start up the ash cooler for debugging after
confirming the water pressure within the setting limit.
调试时依次合上电控箱内电源开关（断路器）QF0-4，“电源指示”灯亮，同时变频器面
板上应有指示，将就地箱上的“就地/远控”转换开关打在就地上，此时按下电控箱上面板上
的冷渣机启动键，冷渣机应能启动，此时应检查设备转向是否与要求的转向相一致，若不一
致可按下冷渣机停止键使设备停止运行；然后通过变换电机接线加以调整，调整无误后重新
按冷渣机启动按钮使设备启动。启动后按操作面板上的冷渣机升速按钮，相应冷渣机速度应
加快，按冷渣机降速按钮，冷渣机速度应减慢。通过调整冷渣机升速按钮及冷渣机降速按钮
来调整冷渣机速度，使之达到理想的转速。
Firstly turn on the power switch in the control box and the indicator lights. There will be
indication on the transducer panel. Please aim the “Local/Remote” switch at “Local” and press
“Start” to start up the ash cooler. Check the rotating direction, stop the cooler if required and correct
the direction. You can adjust the speed of the ash cooler to achieve the desired rotating speed
through pressing “Speed Up” button and “Speed Down” button.
上述调试无误后可进行远控调试（即让冷渣机的转速随着所给 4～20mA 电流信号的变化
自动调整）。
The remote debugging can be done after the above operation is finished correctly. (Namely,
make the ash cooler adjust the rotating speed automatically with changes of 4-20MA current

signal.)
将电控箱上的“就地/远控”转换开关打在远控上，此时冷渣机应能在远方进行启停并调速，
在远方控制室里按下冷渣机启动按钮冷渣机启动，调节 4～20mA 电流信号的输入，使冷渣
机的转速随着电流信号的变化而变化，同时变频器上又反馈一个 4～20mA 的电流信号给集
控室以检测远方冷渣机的运行速度。此时要停冷渣机只需按下冷渣机停止按钮。
Aim the “Local/Remote” switch at “Remote” and the ash cooler will start, stop and adjust the
rotating speed in the DCS. Press the button “Start” to start the cooler, input 4-20mA current signal
to make the rotating speed vary with it. At the same time the VFD (Variable Frequency Drives) will
return the 4-20MA current signal to the DCS to test the speed of the cooler. You can press the
“Stop” button to turn off the cooler if you want.
出水超温报警、水压低、水压高、筒体位移超限等是为冷渣机的安全运行而设置的保护功
能。
Water over-temperature alarm, low water pressure, high water overpressure, barrel displacement
over-limit are the protection function designed for the safe operation
出水温检测是通过装在冷渣机冷却水出口的热电阻检测冷却水出口温度，当水温超过设
定温度时（本项目设为 95℃）系统发出报警信号提醒用户对设备进行检查，以免发生意外
事故，当水温下降到设定温度以下时报警信号将自动消除。
Water temperature is tested by the hot resistance equipped on the cooling water outlet. When
water temperature is higher than the setting value (95℃ for this project), the system will alarm and
remind the user to check the equipment in case of accident. The alarm will disappear automatically
when water temperature drops to below the setting value.
水压低、水压高是通过装在冷却水管上的压力开关进行检测的，当水压低或水超压时，冷
渣机会自动停车并发出报警信号，这就需要用户检查水路，将水压进行调整，以确保冷渣机
正常运转。
Low /high water pressure signals are sent to DCS through pressure switch, which is equipped
on the water pipe. The ash cooler will stop automatically and alarm signaled with low/high water
pressure. User shall check and adjust the water pressure to make sure the ash cooler runs normally.
筒体位移检测是为防止冷渣机筒体在不正常的状态下运转。
Barrel displacement and discent are tested to prevent the barrel from running under abnormal
condition.

变频器内部参数在设备出厂前都已设定好，无特殊情况不要改动，若确需改动必须有专
业人员完成。

The interior parameter of the VFD is set before Exworks. Don’t modify it unless necessary. If
the change is necessary, please modify by Electrical Engineers.
设备运行时，检查变频电机的冷却风扇转向是否正确，以免风扇反转达不到主机冷却作
用而烧坏电机。
When in operation, please check whether the rotating direction of the cooling fan on the
frequency motor is correct in case that the cooling fan rotates conversely, which will not achieve the
cooling function and burnout the motor.

1、如上图所示，左型冷渣机向出口位移，将定位螺栓松开，将轮体按图示方向微微转一定角
度。

rotate the roller as per the drawing.
2、先调整编号 1 支承轮，如不行，再调整编号 2 支承轮，依此类推，直至调整到位。
Firstly adjust No.1 Support roller,if not work, then adjust No.2 support roller until satisfactory
by this way.
3、如原预留间隙不够，可扩调整螺栓槽孔；调整到位后螺栓要旋紧防回位。
