Reflection Paper

In this course I learned to operate autocad. At first it was

quite hard to familiarize with the commands and surroundings of
the autocad. i explore it by myself and practice to make lines. The
intro things that I learn were line, x and y axis, the
measurements. At the beginning activities we made different
figures by lines and exact coordinates.

In midterm we start to make some house things figures.

Then we started to make floor plans. Doing floor plans consume a
lot of time and effort. All measurement must be accurate. The
measurement in isometric view must be the same in any sides.
Doing floor plans as midterm exam it tests my patience and
perseverance to finish it.

And in finals, we started to make 3d figures. First we extrude

shapes and simple 3d figures. in doing 3d figures it’s hard to
connect each figure and it’s hard to make a complicated 3d
figures. In finals we make a digimon character and I enjoyed doing
mine. It was quite hard to connect each part and make
measurement and also the parts of digimon are irregular so it was
hard create. And in final exam we made our own 2d and 3d floor
plan. It takes many time and effort to finish. I learn everything
that I need to create 3d floor plan and finish it. All in all, I enjoyed
this course and challenge me to learn more about autocad. I want
to learn more and master autocad inorder to cope when I am
working in industry.
