SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, and both of legal age, married, Filipino citizens and residents of do by
these presents hereby NAME, APPOINT and CONSTITUTE, , also of legal age, married,
Filipino citizen and a resident of, to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact, to do and
perform for us and in our stead, the following acts, to wit:

1. To work for and represent us in the transfer of that parcel of land located

2. To sign papers and documents in connection with said transactions before

any government office;

3. To receive for and on our behalf any and all documents reflecting our
ownership of the said parcel of land mentioned above.

4. To perform all acts and deeds necessarily connected with the above-entitled

and authority to do and perform all and every act and things whatsoever requisite or

we might or could lawfully do if personally present; and hereby confirming and
ratifying all that our Attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of
these presents.
