Ingredients:
 250g plain (all purpose) flour
 2 tbsp baking powder
 1 large egg, plus 2 eggs white
 300 ml skimmed milk
 100 ml maple syrup
Steps:
1. Put the oven on a low setting and put a non-stick electric waffle-maker on to
heat.
2. Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl and make a well in the centre.
3. Add the eggs and pour in the milk, then use a whisk to gradually incorporate all
the flour from round the outside.
4. Spoon some of the batter into the waffle-maker and close the lid.
5. Cook for 4 minutes until golden brown. Repeat until all the batter has been
used, keeping the finished batches warm in the oven.
6. Drizzle the waffles with maple syrup and serve immediately.

Last month I spent my holiday at my uncle’s house. My uncle is a farmer. He
goes to the field every morning and afternoon. He also looks after cattle behind his
house.
I preferred staying at his house during the holiday because my parents were
always busy with their work. I was lonely at home. I went to my uncle house’s
house on the first day of my holiday.
There, I woke up early and helped my cousin feed the cows and chickens.
After that, I joined my uncle’s family, at the field. We harvested chilled. I helped
