Teleperformance Malaysia: Customer Service Advisor

• Respond to customers inquiries and questions based on knowledge acquired.


• Demonstrates effective writing skills
• Response effectively in moderate stressful situations.
• Meet key performance indicators set by the company and client which includes but not
limited to QA evaluation, SLA & CSAT surveys.
• Perform all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Provide great team support to the superior and team members

Minimum qualifications:

• Degree in any discipline


• Minimum relevant work Experience
• Open to fresh graduates

Preferred qualifications:

• Passion in helping the team members to reach the higher goal


• Passion in helping client and their customers during escalation
• Punctual & responsible
• Customer focus mindset
• BPO experience is an added advantage
