JOB DESCRIPTION: CRM SPECIALIST

Process: eCommerce

Work Mode: Work from Office

Location: 9th Floor, Vatika Professional Point, Sector-66, Gurugram, Haryana.

CTC: 2.2 LPA – 2.8 LPA + Variable

Skillset Requirement:

• Possess excellent communication and listening skills, with fluency in English (Versant 5 / 6)

• Typing Speed: 30 WPM required, Accuracy 90% Job Role & Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of CRM practices and systems

• Embrace a customer-oriented approach with a high level of professionalism in all interactions

• Exhibit exceptional multitasking, time management, and goal-oriented skills

• Conduct calls to engage with customers and clients effectively

• Identify and address customer needs, resolve issues, and offer suitable solutions

• Stay well-informed about company policies and website content to provide accurate responses to
frequently asked questions and policy-related inquiries

• Strive to achieve personal targets while actively contributing to the team's overall goals and targets
