Foreign Inventions
1. AIRPLANE
 They are capable of transporting parcels as well as people to the other
side of the world in less than a day.
 Airplanes deliver supplies quickly to remote locations in emergency
situations and restock military operations.
2. RAILWAYS
 Can carry a large number of passengers with ease of comfort and/or
heavy loads to long distances.
 It is the safest form of transport. The chances of accidents and
breakdowns of railways are minimum as compared to other modes of
transport.
3. ELECTRICITY
 Electricity is the greatest invention in history because it opened people up
to a whole new world.
 It adds light to the world and is part of the solution to most modern
problems.
4. ANTIBIOTICS
 Saved millions of lives by killing and inhibiting the growth of harmful
bacteria.
 Antibiotics spread rapidly and proved to be a major living improvement,
fighting nearly every known form of infection and protecting peoples'
health.
5. TELEPHONE
 It made an incredible impact on society. The impact could be seen through
the quickness of communication, business, easier communication in wars,
and some negative effects too.
 Telephone is no doubt one of the important devices of communicating
messages in a relatively short period, messages can be sent through letters
and telegrams as well, but a telephone message is the fastest to receive.
