Procedures
1. Whisk eggs lightly, cut Vienna Sausages into
small pieces and add to the whisked eggs. Set
aside.
2. To cook, add a little oil to a hot pan. Saute onion
with potato and gradually add water then wait
until cooked or tender.
3. Add water, tomato or carrots, malunggay, salt
and black pepper and mix well.
4. Pour in the egg mixture and stir frequently until
the mixture sets.
