A. ACTUAL RECIPE
NAME OF THE MENU: Lugaw with egg

Procedures: INGREDIENTS:
OIL
1. Add 2 tbsp of oil in the pan
2. Then add 2 tbsp of onion, garlic, ginger ONION
3. Saute then add 1 ½ tbsp fish sauce(patis) GARLIC
4. Add ½ glutinous rice and continue stirring.
5. Add 4 cups of water stock and 1/2 chicken knor cube then GINGER
bring to boil then simmer FISH SAUCE (PATIS)
6. Simmer for 40-45 minutes
GLUTINOUS RICE
7. Add 1 boiled egg and pinch of fried garlic for garnish
