Q: Where do you live?
A: Nakatira po ako sa No. 55 Legaspi St., Barangay Tumpok, Cebu City
Q: What do you do for living?
A: May sarili po akong ng junkshop sa Cebu.
Q: Can you still remember what happened last 15 August 2018 at around 2:45 in the
afternoon?
A: Pumunta po ako sa birthday party ng aking kaibigan na si Bea Sy sa Bayfront
Hotel Cebu.
Q: Who went with you there in the said birthday party?
A: Wala po akong kasama ng pumunta doon.
Q: So what happened there?
A: Nakita ko po ang aking kababata na si Esang Astibe. Grade 6 pa lang po kami
noong huli kaming nagkita.
Q: Can you to show to the Court any proof that indeed you were at a birthday party
last 15 August 2018 at around 2:45 in the afternoon?
A: Meron po akong kopya nung CCTV footage at screenshots sa Facebook na
pumunta po ako sa birthday party noong 15 August 2018.
