offs.
Project Execution/ Document Control - Prepared all scopes of work, contracts and job orders to necessary
subcontractors. Generated, updated and tracked all RFIs, submittals and procurement items with Architects,
Engineers and Subcontractors to ensure the project schedule is met.
Financial Management – Generated internal budgets at project start up. Compiled and tracked Cost to Complete
on monthly basis to determine committed vs. budgeted costs. Reviewed and prepared all necessary change order

payment applications from subcontractors and to owner.
