1. Pupils in pairs categorize the simple past tenses.
2. Pupils place the tenses to the given timeline and form sentences
teacher’s guidance and share to the class.
3. Pupils learn the use and meaning of the past tenses based on the
timeline with the sentences.
ACTIVITIES 4. Pupils in groups match the verbs to the simple past tences.
5. Pupils in groups rewrite a story in the simple past tense based on
the given pictures.
6. Pupils present their task.
