OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

Primary objectives:

 To study about the job involvement of the employees.

Secondary objective:

 To study the personal goals are related with my job.

 To know the most of my interests are related with my job.

 To know the working condition prevailing in their current job.

 To know the uneasy/uncomfortable when things go bad at work.

 To know the life matter more than my job.

 To know the management is always consistent with organization goals, policies, and

objectives.

 To know the overwork to finish things even if I don’t have the necessary time.

 To know the commitment to my job is hard to be broken.
