    To Whom It May Concern:

    This is to inform your good office that the Library System Management proposed by
    Mr. Ian Manguerra, which was supposed to be implemented in the E-library of Dacanlao G.
    Agoncillo National High School, was not pursued. Failure of implementation of the said
    program/project was due to demolition of E-Library giving way to the construction of a 3-
    storey building from Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) where the new E-
    Library will be located with the other new rooms.

    Hoping to have the Library System Management once the E-Library is well-
    constructed. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.
